Description: JetFLEX™ Duct and Accessories are high strength fabric products made for portable heating in industrial applications.
Using our reinforced flame resistant polyester textile with urethane topcoat and silicone coated fiberglass fabric, EPD manufactures JetFLEX™ duct and
accessories by stitching fabric with wire helix reinforcement and heavy-duty abrasion resistant wearstrip.
The construction provides exceptional durability and strength for extreme applications.

Length: 25ft (7.6M) – Custom lengths available upon request.

Wire Pitch: 8.5” pitch (22cm)

Wearstrip: Heavy duty extruded profile.

Fabric: Gray silicone coated fiberglass high-heat 30” (0.8M) long starter section and FR polyester textile with urethane topcoat (see fabric specification below).

Stitching: Lock-stitch sewn construction. Seams for accessories are reinforced with additional fabric webbing.

Color: Gray-Black with black wearstrip.

Standard End Finish: Belt-cuff and HD End Ring

Operating Temperature: -65°F to +375°F (-53°C to 190°C) / Starter section rated to 500°F (260°C) /
Exceptional cold-weather flexing and compatible with limited dexterity related to mittens and inserts worn by persons setting up.

Flame Resistance: Passes NFPA 701(small scale), EN533 and NFPA 705
